Dear Father,We gather together to give thanks and praise
For who You are and all You have done for us,
For our friends and family both near and far,
For Your mercy, grace, and forgiveness,
And most of all for the gift of salvation through
Your Son Jesus Christ.
We thank You for our country, the United States
of America, Founded upon the sacrifices and
hard work of many before us. You have granted
to us this beautiful and bountiful land, Filled
with the fruits of freedom, worship, and hard work.
Help us to be truly thankful for the many blessings in our lives;
Remind us to be humble in our abundance,
And guide us to live a life that is pleasing to You.
